US Leads, But Geographic Shifts Are Evident

The United States retained its position as the most active market, recording 610 deals. The UK held second place, though both nations saw minor shifts in their proportional deal shares. Notably, India entered the top three markets for deal volume, signaling growing momentum in Asian FinTech hubs.

Spotlight on a Major Funding Round

A standout transaction of the quarter was the Series C extension raised by ninjaOne, an automated endpoint management platform. The $400m+ round valued the company at $12.3 billion. This funding follows a period of exceptional growth for ninjaOne, which achieved profitability in Q1 2026 and now serves nearly 40,000 organizations globally.
