1. Job description

  • Support sales search, contact to book with customers according to available information.
  • Carry out paperwork related to product business such as: Sale kit, bidding documents, product introduction information….
  • Support customer request processing.
  • Other duties assigned by superiors.

2. Requirements

  • Graduated from universities and colleges in related majors such as: Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance & Information Technology …
  • Female, age from: 24 – 28, good appearance is an advantage
  • From 01 year of experience or more in the field of telesale, customer care, sale admin, sale….
  • Proficient in using Ms Office tools
  • Confidence, communication skills, presentation, consulting, negotiation, persuasion, ability to observe and recognize problems
  • Skills to create, maintain and develop relationships
  • Friendly, sociable, polite in communication

Priorities :

  • Candidates who are IT savvy or have worked in a technology company environment
  • The ability to read and understand English technical documents well, candidates with the ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
